SHORTBREAD COOKIES

Cream together:

1 stick of butter (1/2 cup butter)

½ cup powdered sugar

Stir in:
1 ¼ Cup flour

Knead by hand until it forms a dough. Roll out on floured surface. Cut into shapes.
Bake until golden brown. 325 degrees for about 10 minutes.
