Gluten Free Brownies

⅓ cup Peanut butter

½ cup Maple syrup

¼ teaspoon Salt

2 cups  Milk

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

2 cups   Rolled oats

¼ cup   Cocoa powder

1 teaspoon Baking powder

⅓ cup Chocolate chips optional

 

Grease 8-inch square baking pan.

In a large bowl mix peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth. Stir in milk, salt, vanilla extract until smooth.

Add oats, cocoa powder, baking powder and mix until combined.

Stir in some of the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into prepared pan, sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 40 minutes at 350F.

Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
