Cream Soup

Cream Soup

½ cup butter

½ cup flour

4 cups Chicken or beef broth (or any other flavor)

2 cups milk

2 teaspoons salt

Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and incorporate until there are no lumps. Cook for about 2 minutes, until lightly brown. Mix in the broth and milk. May add diced mushrooms, onion, or celery. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and or any other desired seasoning. Continue simmering until it reaches the desired consistency.
