Butter Cookies

Whip 1 cup softened butter.

Add ½ cup sugar, mix until smooth.

Slowly incorporate 2 cups flour,  mixing between additions until smooth.

Mix until dough is smooth with no lumps.

Use a large star tip for piping bag and transfer dough into piping bag. Pipe dough into rosettes onto parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
