(2017 Christmas Cookie Exchange)

CREAM TOGETHER:

1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

MIX IN:

1 box chocolate cake mix
½ Cup chopped walnuts

Refrigerate 1 hour. Roll into 1 inch balls. Press 3 or 4 white chocolate chips into cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 14 minutes. (Try changing the cake mix flavor for a variation.)

Another option:

CHOCOLATE CRINKLE CAKE MIX COOKIES

Combine a tub of Cool Whip with a chocolate cake mix.

Scoop out a tablespoonful, roll the ball in powdered sugar and place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10 min at 350 degrees.
