Raisin-Bran Master Mix Muffins
½ Cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 Cup buttermilk
2-3 Tablespoons molasses
2 Cups Master Mix
1 Cups oat or wheat Bran
2/4 Cups raisins.
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Carefully combine. Bake at 400 for 15-18 min.
