Apricot Master Mix Muffins
½ Cup margarine, melted
2 eggs
1 Cup milk
2 ¾ Cup Master Mix
1 Cup chopped, dried apricots
Approximately ¾ Cup apricot jam.
Mix margarine, eggs and milk then Master Mix and fold apricots into the batter. Bake at 400 for 15-18 min.
