ENSALADA DE NOPALITOS (Cactus Salad)

1 jar nopalitos (cactus)
3 tomatoes
1 onion
cilantro
Cotija cheese
Drain, rinse, and dice nopalitos. Dice tomatoes, onion and cilantro. Mix together. Crumble cheese and add to nopalitos mix. Salt to taste. Serve with chips.
