RED VELVET MUG CAKE
1 coffee mug (microwave safe)
4 Tablespoons flour
4 1/2 Tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
3 Tablespoons oil
3 Tablespoons buttermilk (or sour cream or yogurt )
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon red food coloring
Mix wet ingredients together until smooth. Stir together dry ingredients in a separate bowl and then carefully add to batter, just until combined. Microwave for 3 minutes. Cream cheese frosting recommended.
